The incentive is live now. The KUDOS platform goes live in the Partner Portal on October 1, 2026. Keep hold of every sales certificate you generate. Claims can be submitted from October 1, 2026 to January 10, 2027.

Close the deal as you normally would through your Kaspersky Partner Programme.

Every eligible sale

Save your sales certificate

Every eligible sale generates a certificate. Keep an image or scan of it. You will upload it later to claim.

From October 1, 2026

Upload and submit

Log in to the Partner Portal, open KUDOS, upload the certificate image. The system reads it and pre-fills your claim.

Points land in your statement once approved. Redeem for vouchers or merchandise in the rewards catalogue.

The important bits, up front.

The incentive is live now, but the platform is not. What do I do?+
Sell as normal from September 1, 2026 and hold on to every sales certificate you generate. When the KUDOS platform opens in the Partner Portal on October 1, 2026, you will upload those certificate images and submit your claims.
When exactly can I submit claims?+
The claim window runs from October 1, 2026 to January 10, 2027. Claims outside that window will not be accepted, so submit accumulated sales as soon as the platform opens.
How do I submit a claim?+
Open the claims module in KUDOS and upload an image or scan of the sales certificate tied to your deal. The system reads the certificate and pre-fills your claim. You review, confirm and submit. No manual data entry is needed for standard fields.
Which languages will the platform support?+
At launch on October 1, 2026, KUDOS will be available in English, Korean and Mandarin, with the interface, rules and rewards localized accordingly.
Who can join KUDOS?+
KUDOS is open to Kaspersky B2B resellers and partners registered on the Kaspersky Partner Portal. Programme rules, point values and eligibility are configured per region, country and partner tier.
How do points work?+
Every approved claim converts your sale into KUDOS points. Points are tracked in your points statement, showing earned, spent and pending balances, and can be redeemed at any time in the rewards catalogue.
Where does the rewards catalogue draw from?+
Rewards are localized. You only see vouchers and merchandise available in your country, priced in your local currency. Options include electronic gift cards across gaming, retail, food and drink, and entertainment, plus physical merchandise.
What happens if a claim is rejected?+
Claims are tagged Pending, Approved or Rejected in the tracking view. If a claim is rejected, you will see the reason and can correct and resubmit within the claim window.
